I will say I take 5g after lunch and I don’t need caffeine anymore because I feel awake and alert. Doesn’t help with focus but there may be something there with cognitive boost. I switched to creapure though which is creatine made in Germany rather than normal creatine

I prefer to use creapure as it’s about as pure as you can get.
