Pros

• Personally, I still really like them and find them to be trustworthy. I actually like them more than life extensions because I don’t like that life extension adds Maltodextrin some of their formulas .
• I recommend Pure Encapsulations or Thorne, both third-party tested for purity.
• Opt for third-party tested brands like Pure Encapsulations or Thorne for purity.
• Pure Encapsulations, Thorne, and Seeking Health are all top tier in the US.
• Off that list, HO, Swanson, Now, Life Ext, Doctor's Best, Country Life, Thorn, PE, and Nat Factors are all quality, reliable brands.

Cons

• I’m proud of the hundreds of people I’ve turned away from Solgar, Garden of Life, Pure Encapsulations, and Vital Proteins. There are cheaper and higher quality options for all of them nowadays anyway.
• Pure Encapsulations – Best for clinical settings, but overpriced.
• Even Thorne and pure encapsulations both had at least one each that failed testing (I don’t remember the particular supplements)
