CPU-Z

Pros

• Load up CPU-Z
• I'd recommend downloading CPU-Z and Cinebench R15 and comparing your results to those from other 4790s.
• You could use something like CPU-Z (under SPD tab) that will tell you the year the RAM was manufactured (not a definitive answer).
• It's worth checking out. You can download and use CPU-Z to check - take pictures of all the tabs, host the images in imgur, and link the album in the comments.
• Or check it in CPU-Z under the SPD tab.

Cons

• In CPU-Z, the memory frequency shows 999 MHz, but in Task Manager, it displays correctly at 5600 MHz.
• How do you see that in CPU-Z? I don't see any CPUID information in CPU-Z.
• CPUz shows the base clock divided by 2 because DDR = double data rate. So if it's showing 999MHz, that's roughly 2000 MT/s effective speed, which usually means XMP or EXPO isn't enabled in BIOS and your RAM is running at the JEDEC defaul...
• I will look into those benchmarking tools and see what's up.
