I was seriously considering the Allpa but I saw several reviews saying it's quite uncomfortable for long wear.
I am torn between so many, for example: Osprey Farpoint 40L Tomtoc T66/T67 Tortuga Backpack Lite Cotopaxi Allpa 35L. Thing is, none of them seem perfect.

It was a huge improvement. I bought it through a local REI and loved the capacity. It had compartments for everything, and for travel I could often use just that one bag without needing a roller or checked luggage for short trips. Still, the Cotopaxi wasn’t perfect. The internal organization wasn’t my favorite, the bag was soft and lacked structure, and items would get jumbled in the accessory pouches. There were also no water bottle holders or a luggage handle pass-through.
