The only thing I changed from the list is the case, which I swapped for a Phanteks XT Pro Ultra which came with 4 140mm fans.

Those Corsair fans are quite loud. They're advertised at 36 dB (!!). Arctic F12, which are fairly quiet, are sub-25 dB.
Corsair fans are fine, but overpriced.
