It's fine. Quality PSU will take care of the spikes - which are the big worry stink one may consider.
That 750w should be enough, its still fairly recent and is rated well which is almost more important than the wattage.

My PSU is a Corsair RM750 from 2021, ATX 2.4 so not ATX 3.0 like I've seen posters recommend for new GPUs. 80 Plus Gold as well.
Its a corsair RM750. Really annoying to narrow down the issue as it happened only as I upgrade mobo and CPU lol. Thank you for your help
