  • I have a corsair 5000D and I really like it. Good airflow and its really big which makes working with it alot easier and less cramped.
  • The new 5000 pushes the AIO more towards the glass side of the case, so I'm hoping it'll clear. I've also now done some test fits in the front and side, and in both cases, to my surprise, the 420 fit in both locations with space to spare...
  • I also already had the Corsair Frame 5000d (which was a dream to work with) already so i knew no compatibility issues.
  • I have the 5000D and their cable goes well in because the connect it's not as "bulky" as others.
  • I have the original 5000D airflow and its been great, plenty of Room to build in plus it easily fits massive GPUs now I wish it had a little more case depth like some of the atrium style cases but again its been great.

  • As a warning, while the Frame 5000D's support for top mounted radiators has increased from 360 to 420, the *thickness* of the supported radiators has decreased. So while your current LFII 280 might fit in the 5000D Airflow, it *won't* in...
  • I found a few reddit threads of people complaining about the FRAME 5000D not fitting Arctic 360 AIOs or even more normal thickness 280 AIOs.

The 5000D and 4000D have the same cpu cooler clearance - both will fit the NH-D15.
