Carpano Antica Formula

Pros

• Just use a good sweet vermouth like Carpano Antica.
• I just picked up Carpano Antica after previously using Dolin in this and wow. It is so much better for this drink
• Or maybe I just love S&C that much, bc I use it and that above ratio with antica (which may be why I like the higher ratio as that stuff is loud).
• Its so good but so expensive in a boulevardier 😭
• Carpano Antica is a really nice one too, but it may be a bit too intense for some people.

Cons

• Both of these options forego Antica's vanilla bomb profile.
• I don’t love Carpano Antica, but this is what D&Co call for here, and who I am to argue with genius
• Carpano Antica - I can see why some people say it's their favorite. But to me it's too overpowering and a vanilla bomb.
