Pros

  • I really like mine - despite the flack they get from some quarters. That said, I have used the app EQ to knock the bass down -2 as they are a bit much here, but after that, I love them!
  • For me, they were a more fun listen and, for once, I actually agree with Darko Audio. The Sennheiser are accurate but definitely need tuning while the Bowers have a more demanding presence with music and don’t need much tuning out of the...
  • And oh boy… I do not regret nothing. ... That said, after actually using them and hearing the performance, I can somewhat understand where the price is coming from. ... Sound: 10/10. Now I can proudly say these are immaculate performers....

Cons

  • Unfortunately, these and the Px7 S3s crackle under bass/volume loads. I had to return both. They changed the drivers to be more low profile and they bottom out at higher volume/bass settings. I tried 4 different pairs and they all perfor...
  • Hmm this is kinda hard but if you prefer sound quality OVER comfort go for the these but if you need a more daily(more comfortable) use I say go for the Hdb 630. However these models do feel more premium but I think it depends on you ngl

Unfortunately, these and the Px7 S3s crackle under bass/volume loads. I had to return both. They changed the drivers to be more low profile and they bottom out at higher volume/bass settings. I tried 4 different pairs and they all performed the same.

For me, they were a more fun listen and, for once, I actually agree with Darko Audio. The Sennheiser are accurate but definitely need tuning while the Bowers have a more demanding presence with music and don’t need much tuning out of the box. In my experience, the Bowers offered a better all around listening experience that was more fun and engaging while the Sennheiser kind of took a step back and focused on accuracy. The Bowers also feel much better. Premium materials all around while the Sennheiser feel like a slightly upgraded Momentum 4.

I honestly stopped thinking about the price the moment I heard how good they sounded.
