Pros
- The Asus tuf f15, it has a good Ryzen CPU and has a better tgp for the 4050
- Parent context: Nice. I found a ASUS TUF F15 15.6 inch FHD 144Hz Gaming Laptop Intel Core i7-13620H NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 16GB DDR5 1TB SSD Mecha Gray for **$1,042.56** at walmart Reply: Yeah, go with the Walmart one, but not because...
- Both are very good. But the Asus one has a better graphics card.
- I recommend something like the asus tuf f15. With the i7 13620h and the 4070. It'll do you well on the long run.
- my 4070-powered ASUS Tuf F15, which I'd added extra RAM and storage to and have been mostly happy with (aside from no path tracing in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.)

- Hi. i got an ASUS TUF F15 with: RTX 4050 GPU, Intel i9 CPU, 144Hz built-in screen
- Decent machine, but higher price than value
- Performance is always subpar, especially as it's a gaming laptop and needs to be plugged in. To be specific, it's an ASUS TUF F15.

I bought an ASUS TUF F15 in August 2021, my first ever gaming laptop (specs in flair) It was working fine, then in early 2022, the WiFi chip (a MediaTek one) started giving out, resulting in my online classes and tuitions getting disrupted. Although I fixed it with an external adapter, the Bluetooth is in the same chip, so it goes off randomly too. Then in 2024, with no physical damage whatsoever, the speaker membrane got damaged and it resulted in an awful crackling sound, which I got a temporary fix. I also got it cleaned and repasted then. Now, I doubt the GPU fan has some issues, since my games are performing really poorly and G-Helper shows GPU fan RPM at 0, and also the temporary fix for my speakers is starting to fall apart. Honestly this has ruined my experience with TUF, and my dad was pissed he spent so much on an abomination
