ASUS RTX 3060 12GB

Pros

• Intel arc A770 is a Goliath in raw specs compared to the 3060 but then why does it perform similar or even wrose than 3060 in some games?
• look for something built around an RTX 3060 or 4060 to get him started, as the NVIDIA GPU can handle stream encoding.
• If you must go cheaper a RTX 3060 also works, but the value add of the 9060 XT for a bit more is great.
• though the 3060 12GB is fine for video editing as well if a bit old.
• the 3060 will absolutely edit 4k footage and render it out perfectly fine ignore the people saying otherwise

Cons

• Parent context: I have currently: RTX 3060 12gb i5 12400f 48gbs ram clocked at 3200 (2x8 and 2x16 so 4 sticks) Reply: horrible sticks, get dual channel only = more performance

• Even on 1080p low in some of these new titles the 2080 (or even the 3060 12GB) was really showing its age (my monitor is also 120HZ and games were struggling to hit that FPS).
• I have the gigabyte rtx 3060 12gb. 282 mm (length) x 117 mm (width) x 41 mm (height).
• Im currently thinking about the rtx 3060 12gb which is $300 on best buy but do you guys have any other recommendations?
