you can also check out some options like the ASUS XG27ACS or the MSI G274QPF-QD, which are both entry-level 1440p IPS monitors, but they have worse overall picture quality than the AOC.
Color calibration out of the box is great for srgb or wide gamut, do note the 10bpc is only available for the usb c/display port if i'm not wrong, i can confirm for the display port just not sure about the usb c since i don't use it.
