• 5060ti is 20-30% slower than the 5070. The extra vram is irrelevant. 5060ti is not powerful enough to use 16gb at good fps.
• for gaming, it's mainly to use things like multi-frame gen (which will use more VRAM) to make up for the lack of raw performance. If you're fine with that and like using frame gen, then 5060TI 16gb could be a good buy
