You could save a bit of money going with the Asrock B550M-HDV, which Amazon sells for $70... compared to Amazon's $100 price for the MSI 550M-Pro VDH.

Personally, I would prefer to save the $30 and go with Asrock, partly because the Ryzen 5500 and all the 5000 series APUs with integrated graphics have 65 watt TDPs, which I think the Asrock motherboard's 6 power stages is good enough to be able to handle OK.

I would probably buy the Asrock B550M-HDV from Amazon for $69. The A520 and B450 only support PCI Express 3.0, whereas the B550 supports PCI Express 4.0. As such, the B550 is a better choice for future upgradability, in regards to NVME SSDs and any GPU you might want to install later on.
