So touch wood i fixed it, the only things is changed today was Enabling Integrated Graphics, Disabling Wallpaper Engine at start up, using the uninstall tool to completely remove Armoury Crate and Uninstalling GigaDevice Driver from Control Panel as apparently its outdated on current chipsets.
Things I did, in case other people run into this issue: Reinstalled graphics driver. Updated my motherboard stuff through Armoury Crate. Updated BIOS.
I would never install Armoury Crate.
Armoury crate is mostly considered bloatware at this point. Can’t recommend downloading most motherboard related software

I figured it out, had to uninstall aura sync and download signalRGB that fixed it
We have the same RAM, and the latest Armoury Crate was also not working for me, but I installed the previous version 3.2.30. not it works.
I wanted to install their official stuff like Armoury Crate but then I rememberd from my laptop how "resource consuming" it is.
