Pros

  • I have a 5800X3d and a ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 240 coming in the mail tomorrow! upgrading from a 3700X and my Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L is just going to make the 5800X3D throttle itself to temps...
  • yes, cpu temps would improve but then youd want to mount it in the front and youd have less intake fans. you dont want top fans as intake. because of that gpu temps might be higher, imo just leave it as is and change curves if you want l...
  • AIO: Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 240
  • i cool my 5950x with an Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 240, and it has no issues keeping up with the CPU at all, the CPU never throttles for me, even under long sustained workload, and that's also a 240mm AIO
  • ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 240 - mounted at the top of the case - Air Exhaust (pre-assembled)

Cons

  • I have an Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 420 and it's pretty quiet. but the 240 probably would have to work harder since it's smaller. so the same is going to be true for the other 240 one.
  • I’ve seen some comments online saying the Liquid Freezer Pro runs louder than expected, but I couldn’t find many opinions about the Corsair.
