I can specifically recommend the P12 PWM case fans and the freezer 36 could be a good, budget choice for cpu cooler
I have 5600x overclocked and my brother have 5700x3d, we both using Arctic Freezer 36 with mx-6 paste. Perfecly fine, max temps during hot summer can only reach like 70-73C but rarely, under full load its like 60-66C in games.
