Gx3 smears 180hz to 120hz clarity. And 120hz to 80hz or whatever. Main thing to benefit would be darker scenes and refresh rate.

Regarding the red tint, you're right, we did have a warm color temperature in the sRGB mode, but it's definitely not as bad as some other monitors we've tested that have a noticeable red tint (like the AOC Q27G3XMN).

There are some bugs, I don't know if that's the catch. But basically it's very limited in extra features, but it has the good picture quality to make up for it.

The AOC has better picture quality by a lot, whereas you'd be getting the Dell for the ultrawide aspect ratio. I'd still suggest the AOC, but ultimately, your call.

I purchased the AOC Q27G3XMN thinking MINI led would give me nice blacks, and it had good color accuracy and such, but those have miserable SDR color, and with local dimming off it's worse in every way than just a regular IPS. Can't turn down brightness with local dimming turned on... it was no good and had poor gradients in SDR.
