Reddit take

AI summary of the Reddit excerpts below — not a quote

The Antec Flux Pro is highly regarded as a top-tier performance case, particularly praised for its exceptional GPU cooling and quiet operation. Users frequently highlight its generous stock fan configuration and innovative internal layout, though its large physical footprint and specific aesthetic choices like wooden accents are points of contention.

Pros

  • Excellent thermal performance, specifically for GPU cooling
  • Quiet operation due to efficient airflow
  • Includes six stock fans (four 140mm and two reverse fans)
  • Side-mounted PSU design simplifies installation
  • Spacious interior easily accommodates large components like 360mm AIOs
  • Effective venting and space for bottom-mounted fans

Cons

  • Large and heavy chassis compared to standard mid-towers
  • Wooden design elements are polarizing for some users
  • Premium pricing may offer less 'value for money' than budget-oriented alternatives

Caveats

  • While GPU cooling is class-leading, some users note that competitors like the HAVN BF360 may offer slightly better CPU-specific cooling
  • A Noctua edition is available which may be more cost-effective than buying the base case and replacing fans manually

Best for

  • High-end builds with power-hungry GPUs
  • Users seeking a quiet air-cooled system
  • Builders who prefer a 'furniture-like' or non-flashy aesthetic

Avoid if

  • You have limited desk space or prefer a compact mid-tower
  • You dislike wooden accents on PC hardware
  • You are looking for the absolute lowest price-to-performance ratio

Case: HAVN BF360 or the Antec flux pro (Havn has better cpu cooling vs the Antec which has better gpu cooling I’m going based off gamer nexus video not sure which is more important, I just want the best case for thermals that isn’t a small box basically like the 207)

I was thinking of reusing my P500a case that's currently setup with 3x corsair QL 140's in the front, one in back and an EK 360 aio up top, maybe at most would change the aio to a newer one. For the case, aesthetics aside, is there any real reason for temps to move to a newer case like the Havn BF360/antec flux pro/lian li 217?

I’ve been a Fractal fanboy for a long time and decided to go with something different this time with the mid tower Flux. Really happy with the case, I think you will be too.

i am not a fan of the wooden elements and that’s why it is my 3rd choice between (bf360, meshify3xl and flux pro).

I went with a 360aio cooler, so I needed a bigger case and I got the Antec Flux Pro, which I highly recommend.

Antec Flux Pro is the current lowest thermals. Lower thermals also means less noise.

The Flux Pro has great stock cooling, I'm using the Flux SE at the moment, which is just the slightly smaller, solid side panel version and the stock cooling on it is very good.

There are more expensive premium cases like the fractal north xl, antec flux pro, havn bf 360 and fractal torrent which can also fill this role but definitely offer less for the moneym

The Lian Li LANCOOL 207 / 217 and Antec Flux Pro do quite well with bottom fans because they actually have enough space and venting under those fans for them to have access to air.
