I would look into buying a (maybe used) Ryzen 5900 or 5900XT/5950x (these have 4 more cores)
Since 5700x3d or 5800x3d is not available then no option get 5900xt or 5900x to. extend Am4 platform life for next 5 years , it has many core and higher clock speed
If I didn't get option to buy 3d then my go was 5900xt. It was like 3500x -> 80FPS , 5900xt -> 100FPS and 5700x3d. -->130FPS(just for reference)
