For the CPU i would get a ryzen 5 7500X3D/ Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Ryzen 7 9800X3D.
I would say upgrade to an X3D chip (7500X3D, 7600X3D) or 2TB storage. If you know you won't be playing many games I'd go with the cpu upgrade
