AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT

Pros

• I had the same board and cpu from 2017 and later upgraded to 5600G because I did not have GPU and is still fine, a massive uograde
• I'm using a Ryzen 5600GT in one build soon purely for the integrated graphics, and believe you can deliberately throttle the CPU in the BIOS to reduce the power draw.
• aim for a Ryzen 5 5600 (or 5600X/5600GT if priced similarly)
• So i built my son a new pc today. Ryzen 5600gt, 16gb ddr4 Kingston fury, gigabyte b550m k, evga 600w psu and a team group 500gb ssd
• Something like a 5600G/5600GT 16gb DDR4 ram is quite affordable

Cons

• My current CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with integrated graphics
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G ... This is the current set-up (nothing fancy!)
• They are using a 5600G which is basically a 5500, much closer to the 3600 than it is to the 5600.
• The previous owner fitted a full 105 5600 groupset to it
