The 4500 will especially be a problem if you get the 5060, the 5060 is limited to 8 PCIe lanes, which is problematic when the 4500 only has PCIe 3.0, not to mention that Nvidias GPUs have more overhead meaning it requires more CPU performance for the same performance, in short, your performance will be impacted significantly.
