Funny, AMD seems to have more stable drivers this generation, NVidia had issues and still has them occasionally.
Yeah I know, the reason i wanna upgrade is that i just got Problems with the AMD Drivers (The Famous driver timeout) and i tried to fix it for the last months without succes.
It can be an issue with AMD drivers, especially in the past year or so, its been horrible so I switched to nvidia and use amd only in my linux server. Everyone keeps recommending AMD for its price2performance value but no one talks about all the headaches, bad drivers in the past year or so.
AMD does not require learning adreniline, you can install drivers without adreniline straight from AMD's website.
