their ec261 Claim fill out form doesnt work cause it allows to enter only 1 flight not the whole reservation (transfers, return tickets). no response to emails. nothing

My problem.with it is that it allows you to input only 1 flight. Not the whole reservation (transfers, return tickets) so its useless.

The whole website basically tries to trick you into cancelling it yourself and getting some useless voucher (I was supposed to go with my friends on this specific date, don't care about any other)

Their flight from Vienna to Sharjah for tomorrow in the evening is cancelled though, thats why Im worrying

we have rescheduled for Friday but haven't received any confirmation from Air Arabia yet.

my flight was cancelled, they are offering vouchers or reschedule.. want full refund, they are charging cancellation fee for refund in their web app... customer service does not reply emails or calls

Air Arabia hasn’t annlunce the cancellation yet and I’m wondering whether I should check in for the flight?
