Instead you got a 5060, B650, PCIe 4 QLC SSD, etc because you're choosing to do stuff like putting an AIO on a plain Jane 6 core CPU and focusing on brands like Corsair.
You can get an RX 9070 XT and a better and cheaper 850W PSU after getting a cheaper B850 motherboard, cheaper RAM sticks (RAM latency's not that important for an X3D CPU), and a cheaper case.
The PSU is good, has very good electrical performance but you're likely not getting the best fan tech and cooling in the PSU so it might be loud near full 1000w usage although with your system power usage I doubt it will be that audible. Good protections too so should save your system components.
