I would say a CPU upgrade to a 5600/5600x and a GPU upgrade to a 9060 XT or a Intel Arc B580.
Otherwise a cheap 5600/5600X will still be a decent uplift.

If you want a GPU for games and really need the extra GPU power, then look at 5600 / 5600X CPU and then budgets GPUs priced between £3-400.
