Hell, people love 3dmark, but their software seems to hate amd CPU, rating way lower than their performance.
Use Cinebench for your CPU, and use 3dmark for your gpu. If you score around average, they're fine.
3D mark isn't a game per se, although you download it through Steam, but has a free Demo Version in which you can do a few different benchmark tests and compare your system to other people's. I hope this fits what you're looking for
