32gb ddr4 is going to run you about $350 new, a new am4 5700x will be about $310, you could find second hand for cheaper, providing your power supply will handle the increase, personally this is as far as I would be willing to go before buying a new pc altogether, Honestly sometimes it’s better to keep what you have and continue to save for what you ultimately want.
