144Hz Monitor

Pros

• Also if you've never had a high refresh rate monitor before, going from 60 to 144hz will feel like a massive improvement.
• I went from 60hz - 144hz and the difference was insane for playing shooter games.
• Next one wasn't really the PC but it was when I upgraded my 60hz monitor to 144hz. Again that was a long time ago, not sure what could make a crazy impact these days
• If you're building a gaming computer. I'd make compromises elsewhere to get a 144Hz monitor. You can get them for 50€ used.
• The difference between 60 and 120 is pretty stark once you get used to it. So if you don't want to feel like you wasted money, I'd say you *really* want more than 75 lol

Cons

• There is no harm in going for a 144hz display. The problem will be getting those higher frame rates with an older GPU. You're not playing the most demanding games, so in some places you'll probably see bumps above 60fps, but don't expect...
