They are talked about a lot! But for good reason. They make excellent bags!
Without having one, the Toshi has moved to my default rec for EDC/work backpack. 2x bottle pockets, laptop compartment, lots of features, and stands on its own.

I've lost count of the number of times I have thought, "I'm so glad I have the Hero Clip because the hook is missing or damaged.
Personally, I find the Hero Clip a handy tool that I use frequently.
It probably wouldn't hurt to get one of those little travel hooks (hero clip) so you can hang your bag anywhere.
I have them on a couple bags and use them a lot, but really on when traveling or at events. Not really a day to day item but definitely something i like having in my bag. And personally I dont think it makes that bag of a carabiner.
