Albania has amazing beaches whereas Bosnia doesn’t have much coast access but has lots of beautiful waterfalls. Both have incredible mountains, cities, rivers - I found Albania’s smaller towns to be more picturesque but Bosnia’s food to be better (Albania has more seafood though).

Also, as a general suggestion, look for accommodation in Bohinj instead of Bled and Cavtat instead of Dubrovnik. Way easier on the huge crowds and equally huge prices.

You could easily do 10-14 days just in Slovenia. Ljubljana as a base, day trips to Bled and Bohinj, few days in the Soča Valley, maybe Piran on the coast if you want something different.
