There's a b550 mobo on Newegg or Amazon for $60 and used 16gb kit of 3000 or better ddr4 on eBay $50 used. $120 total and it'll pair well with the 5500

From what I understand, as long as the B650 board has DP 1.4, the 8700G iGPU can push the full refresh rate of the monitor without issues, and HDMI is the one that can be more limited depending on version and OS.
