From what I read (and a leaf through) 100 Endgames it often takes on specific scenarios and niche endgames after a chapter of revision/introduction, certainly aimed more towards master level.
I’d probably recommend Silman’s Endgame Course for a more gentle and structured endgame book, or 100 Endgames You Must Know if you want to work hard on something which is manageable and covers all bases.

I did a lot of Woodpecker Method on chessable but I'm not convinced its ideal for working through tactics.
Lately i've only studied tactics books on chessable since its much faster when you dont have to set up a board, especially for woodpecker.
There are many decent tactics/calculation books. You could consider one of: Forcing Chess Moves, Turbo Charge Your Chess Tactics, Woodpecker Method, Romain Eduoard's calculation books, Finding Chess Jewels.
I like the woodpecker method for tactics but following the Dojo recommendations is also totally fine.
