The Woodpecker Method

Pros

• Lately i've only studied tactics books on chessable since its much faster when you dont have to set up a board, especially for woodpecker.
• There are many decent tactics/calculation books. You could consider one of: Forcing Chess Moves, Turbo Charge Your Chess Tactics, Woodpecker Method, Romain Eduoard's calculation books, Finding Chess Jewels.
• I like the woodpecker method for tactics but following the Dojo recommendations is also totally fine.

• I did a lot of Woodpecker Method on chessable but I'm not convinced its ideal for working through tactics.
• sometimes I do Woodpecker method. But honestly I don't like it as much as the hype suggests.
• I've seen online that the Woodpecker method is quite hard and that I should work on something less challenging, but in the style of the woodpecker method.

• woodpecker method and yusupov at the same time is a bit redundant. Yusupov covers tactics and woodpecker if doing the actual training program is intense enough that you won’t want to mix.
