Zeroid

Highly recommend checking out the Korean brand Zeroid. It’s what the derms over there recommend for sensitive/dry skin and it has a similar vibe to Cerave but (IMO) has vastly superior formulations. Sub in their Intensive Oint-Cream for Cerave in the tub, you will be delighted.

Zeroid, Real Barrier, and Atoplam also make good creams.

Vanicream and Zeroid and other brands offer similar lines.

Use a barrier cream like Aestura, Zeroid, Vanicream, etc.

Zeroid is often recommended as an Aestura alternative, although I can't attest to the silicone content.

I highly recommend Zeroid, Aestura & Illyoon (Korean skincare used in many dermatologist clinics for compromised skin barrier) I replaced my LRP lipikar and Bioderma lotions with Illyoon ceramide ato lotion & Zeroid intensive oint-cream or intensive cream.
