I bought a 15T Pro about 2 weeks ago and I'm super happy with it. The display is gorgeous, the camera is excellent, it doesn't heat up, the battery is pretty good I'm getting about 10hrs SOT, no bugs at all, super fast and smooth.
The only thing, if I had to nitpick - perhaps the speakers could have been a bit louder.
For around 500€ you can also get Xiaomi 15T Pro. Best cameras out of 3 you mentioned.
I'd recommend the Xiaomi 15T Pro for the best cameras if you can find a good black friday deal.
