Wurkkos TS23

Pros

• Wurkkos TS23 is pretty throwy and has a metallic tail switch.
• TS23 tail clicky extremely bright flood/throw combo would be good choices under $40. Both have moonlight mode for low lumen indoor use. ... TS23 will turn everything into day light up to 500 meters. I would use it if I worked security.
• I've gotten 3 free lights from them. TD07, TS23, and TS26S.
• My picks for good all around lights that have some throw would be the Sofirn SR15 and the Wurkkos TS23. ... The TS23 is definitely a thrower but has a little more spill.
• It's a good light for the price. I am happy with mine. I wrote a thorough review of it somewhere but suffice it to say it punches above its price point. I think the UI is actually great, with only minor quirks that are eaaily learned.

Cons

• I’m debating between spending $130-150 on a Fenix PD35v3/TK16v2 or a Wurkkos TS22/23 (or maybe a Sofirn SC33).
• The biggest turn off is the rear e switch. No thanks. If I'm going to have a rear switch, it needs a momentary mode. Size. It's pretty big compared to a ts22
• However, it’s also got a cold CCT and a basic UI which doesn’t tick many boxes for the core of this subreddit—small flashlights with custom UIs, warm CCT, high CRI are what’s sought after around here.
• Large head and generally larger size => no longer easily pocketable while having the same output, no CCT choice, tail switch, it is more throwy making it worse general purpose light.
