Pros

• Wurkkos HD12 5000K high cri. Three levels of red light plus moonlight mode in white.

• On the other hand I really do still like the HD12 w/ 5000k emitter. Brightness and CRI are quite good and the red light on high is surprisingly bright. Dual fuel so it can take nimh and alkaline batteries and it also has a usb-c port.
• Hd12. Aa/14500. Comes with headband. Both on sale.
• my favorites are Sofirn HS10, Wurkkos HD10/12, Manker EOII/III, & Olight Perin minis.

Cons

• Small clip light might work. Olight Oclip Pro, Wurkkos HD03, or small right angle such as Skilhunt H200 or Wurkkos HD12
• Wurkkos hd12.
• I believe it's the only AA/14500 headlamp with an external USB-C charging port. ... What I don't like is that you must take it off and then fiddle with a rubber band to detach the headlamp.
• Wurkkos HD12 — disappointing power.
• AA/14500 flashlights are NOT suited for long emergency operations. (If you need a bright light) Most of them have too floody optics (means: the light doesn't penetrate far into dark spaces) and they loose maximum brightness quickly due...
