Whoop

Pros

• Whoop is probably the closest option for you.
• There's the Whoop, Scosche rhythm+, Wahoo tikr fit, and even Polar with oh1+.
• Whoop is also an option if you’re super into data and it pairs with your head unit too
• my WHOOP shows my resting heart rate has gone down a bit.
• Since switching to Wonderwake iphone alarm, I see in my WHOOP data that my heart rate stays lower and stress levels don’t spike first thing in the morning.

Cons

• I'm sure Whoop is a great device but as long as it isn't capable to extend my life, it's WAY too expensive.
• I did a Whoop and Coros combo for a year just because I didn’t know how good I had it and wanted to try something new. Got tired of having 2 devices and came back home to Garmin.
• When I compared them, I realized how off the Apple Watch and my whoop was at the time.
• Looking at the latest Apple Watch as well as the Oura ring and Whoop.
• I got one back in July after having a Whoop for about two years
