- on my watch 7 44mm, the strap connection is on the lower part of the watch, but the samsung straps all make it so it won't go straight down, instead it looks pretty much like your pic where the straps have hug gaps

- i would get wicked pressure points with my watch 7 44mm and getting crappy readings when I tired to loosen the band, I could never find the sweet spot.

I just went from a watch 4 classic to a watch 7 44mm and it is definitely a lot faster for me. I also noticed my sleep tracking seems more accurate it shows less a wait time during the night. Previously when I checked my sleep it show a bunch of red lines where it says I woke up. Also when I run it seems to be more accurate and straight along the trail there's less zig zags than I had on the watch 4. Also the battery is a lot better for me.
I get 2+ days on my watch 7 44mm, with continuous heartrate/stress trying and lift to wake on.

I got the watch 7 recently too. I like it for sleep tracking and health features. If you exercise , it is great to track your progress. I also like to use Gpay on my watch . It is very convenient. I do like the endless amount of watchfaces available.
