Like this will sound crazy, but I've actually found some really good looking, well fitting stuff at Walmart .... and I actually have like a 15 year old sport coat from there that I still wear on the daily.

Thing is, Walmart just joined the $1 trillion market valuation. They did it through automation & AI tech plus keeping employee wages down to where subsidies for food & housing are necessary from taxpayers. I guess *feels American* these days would be more like Walmart, whereas Costco is more like European socialism.

Go visit a walmart for the cultural experience of it. It's fine and has affordable groceries/snacks. You'll be fine taking an hour out of your trip to do that.
Right now, for a first timer, would recommend a pre-built. Costco has some good deals and a good return policy should something go wrong. Right now they have 5 (before tax) at 1,500 or less. Microcenter also has good deals but they're mainly in store. There's also BestBuy/Newegg/Walmart.
