Vapcell H10

Pros

• Most people seem to recommend a vapcell H10 over the Eneloop.
• When picking the emitter it listed the only battery option as the Vapcell H10 in 1000 mAh, I’m still learning about cells so I decided to go with the suggested one. It gets the job done, can’t complain.
• You should get the h10 from vapcell
• The Vapcell H10 is the *only* cell currently available that can max out the D3AA's abilities
• 14500 - Vapcell H10 mainly button-tops, but have 2 flat-tops just in case.

Cons

• Mine self discharged from 4.18 to 4.1 in about 2 weeks... But I found it self discharged to 2.9v after sitting in my d3aa for a few months (aux off) I was gonna keep it, but this is sketchy
• They can get **HOT** when they self-discharge, and **it can happen at any time.** In my case, some of them took several months and a hand full of cycles before they died, and one got very hot. I had 5 go bad at different points before ge...
• To me this seems it was a bad cell with internal short like that many already reported and as the Vapcell acknowledged. He gave more juice to it then thermal runaway happened...
• The bad news is that even if a cell looks fine at first, it can still develop this internal short later on. u/timflorida says it took six weeks in his case.
