Check out US Mobile. You can pick any of the three major networks and they have a variety of different unlimited plans that are a good deal. I pay $270 a year for unlimited everything on their "Warp Network" (Verizon) and this is just the regular no discounts price.
US Mobile is the top rated provider on Consumer Reports. You choose Verizon, ATT or T-Mobile towers. I pay $199/year for unlimited talk/test/data.

I created a US Mobile “by the gig” account. Two lines that share 2gb of data per month runs $18 and include taxes and fees (much cheaper than the Gizmo!).
I use US Mobile. Their $25 plans are very good, and they run promotions fairly regularly. That $25 includes all fees/taxes.
