There’s still jobs to get, and even decently paying ones, but it’s becoming more and more ‘pay to play’. They’ve added “connections”, which you have to use x amount to apply for a job. Then you can bid more connections to be priority viewed (or whatever). So if you are applying regularly, you could quickly need to buy connections from UpWork.
