Pros

  • For outings, Uniqlo (especially their Supima ones).
  • Personally my go to for price/quality ratio. Only thing that kills these t shirts for me is stains over time.
  • I love those Uniqlo ones. I hang them to dry (like most of my clothes) and they hold up beautifully.

Cons

  • Uniqlo has pilled a little but hasn’t gotten worse. The hems are still holding up... Slight pilling beginning
  • The Uniqlo has started to pill a little, but nothing serious. ... This is still the lightest fabric in the test, and it's also the hardest to iron smooth.
  • Uniqlo Supima (size L, 100% Supima, €19.90, ~140–160gsm guess). No shrinkage, no stretching, hem and collar unchanged. The slight warping hasn't progressed... The collar lies flat until you stretch it. After two pulls the back goes a lit...
  • Yeah the one listed as crew though, supmia and the others are a bit shit
  • The Uniqlo has a hint of torque going but nothing worth panicking over yet. ... Nothing shrank or stretched, hem and collar fine, just that slight torque.

lightest of the four so obviously the most see through, the tank top outline is just there, no hiding it. shrank 1cm in length and chest, 0.5cm shoulders and sleeves. nothing scary. The collar still feels flimsy, still waiting for it to betray me.

Uniqlo. Get the crew neck 100% cotton stuff. Avoid garbage like Airism tee and Supima.
