Pros

  • Only reason I upgraded was I wanted a XXL frame and the V3 Transition Sentinel was too good to pass up last November.
  • Bronsons and sentinels are sweet if you only need 150mm of travel and want a more poppy bike.
  • Id go with something from transition either the sentinel, spire or the patrol they are also a local company so sourcing parts when needed won't be hard at all
  • I still have the Bronson, but am much more likely to reach for my Relay or Sentinel.
  • The sentinel surprised me when I rode my buddies for a lap. Pedals really well and pretty responsive/nimble for the size.

Recently upgraded to a sentinel from a lower travel bike, and it climbs just as well if not better. My only complaint is that I need a longer travel dropper than what came stock, but that’s an easy fix

From your list - sentinel. Transition is a great company.

For you if it's between those two, grab the sentinel. It's a long bike but I've seen all the reviews for it that state the V3 pedals damn well!

I just made a post about this last week! I went with the Sentinel. Just picked it up yesterday

I've ridden the previous Sentinel, and it can be some work to move up a hill, but I believe they changed the link on their suspension to help make the progression have a more stable pedal platform.
