Timemore
Reddit take
Not enough linked mention summaries yet; the source excerpts below are the evidence.
Pros
- that Timemore looks to be the sweet spot at only 10cm wide 👍
- I’m pretty certain we’ve settled on a hand grinder as we drink French press and are thinking the Timemore as it’s highly recommended
- Hario, 1zpresso, Timemore.
- Can you search online if there is a Timemore or Kingrinder supplier in your area
- or an endgame hand grinder which grinds all around whether espresso or filter brew. Something from Comandante, 1ZPresso, Timemore, Kingrinder or Kinu.
Cons
- Hario has some, so does Timemore and Fellow at least.

The three go-to brands that get recommended here are Timemore, 1ZPresso, and Kingrinder.
They can get Timemore on Amazon.ca. But it’s pricier than what we pay in the US.
Many things, obviously an important one is its design, very out of the ordinary. On the other hand, the Timemore stands out for its minimal retention and the motor makes much less noise than my old Dose Control Pro.
I have this Timemore too and so far really like it.
But I gold the Timemore and have been pretty happy with it when I do want to do a single dose of coffee that isn't in the hopper of the Eureka.
