Tiger Lotus

Pros

• I have a tiger lotus bulb that I'm desperately trying to get to sprout, they are one of my favorites
• Tiger lotus are really cool like that. They also grow very quickly.
• after they are established they are incredibly hardy plants and will reproduce by growing more offshoots of bulbs to the side of it over time.

• A tiger lotus would give that same pop or red without the risks! Forgot about that plant. And I personally think it would look amazing in that setup!

Cons

• this makes me miss my old tiger lotus. it was growing beautifully until my snails decided it was a tasty snack and ate it down to the bulb. every time it starts to grow back, they eat it again
• The tiger lilies in the front are only a couple of months old. They grow pretty fast. In the past I’ve had trouble with them melting, but these are fine. They were supposed to be “miniature” but they are growing big.
