The Ordinary Squalane Serum

This is my baby and I’m on probably my 30th bottle. A little goes a LONG way. Add a drop to your finger tips and pat it into your skin if to help it absorb if it feels too oily.

Parent context: I don't see the point of this product. There are so many moisturizers with an appropriate amount of squalane in them already. Why buy something separate? Reply: For me, all of those moisturizers that I’ve tried have other ingredients that break me out, so using a very bland moisturizer with a couple of drops of squalane has been helpful.

Love it but it has more in common with an oil than a serum. I’m in my 40s though and love to slug to plump up my wrinkles! I also use this to clean my kids’ ears. Not the intended use but it works great.

I have very acne prone skin and love squalane ♥️ I’ve been using this on and off for many years alongside my regular moisturizer. Moreso recently because retinol + cold weather has made my skin very dry.

I had this and liked it for extra moisture, but only applied a few drops at a time.

I love it! Though I have dry skin so that might be why.

I love this product, soothes my redness a lot

I use this regularly. A little goes a looooonnnngggg way. I let it set for at least 15 minutes before moving on to my next step. I apply it after serums and before creams. This product is also really great to use during gua sha.
